This role oversees all on‑site operations for new custom home builds and renovation projects, including project planning, daily field management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Responsibilities include estimating support, tracking budgets and job‑cost reports, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with deep knowledge of residential construction and custom home processes, strong problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.
