We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team who is ready to take ownership of projects, build strong relationships, and help deliver high-quality construction outcomes across our organization.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee budgets, estimates, and cost controls to meet financial goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and stakeholders
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure jobsite progress and quality standards
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3–5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, plans, and building codes
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Strong budgeting and cost control experience

It would be great if you also have:

  • PMP or CCM certification
  • Experience with LEED or sustainable construction practices
  • Familiarity with BIM software

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk active jobsites in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots)
  • Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 35–50 pounds
