We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team who is ready to take ownership of projects, build strong relationships, and help deliver high-quality construction outcomes across our organization.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee budgets, estimates, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and stakeholders
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure jobsite progress and quality standards
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 3–5+ years of construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction documents, plans, and building codes
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong budgeting and cost control experience
It would be great if you also have:
- PMP or CCM certification
- Experience with LEED or sustainable construction practices
- Familiarity with BIM software
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk active jobsites in varying weather conditions
- Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots)
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 35–50 pounds
