WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Construction Project Manager – Accounting & Operations will be responsible for supporting property projects through budget tracking, and timely delivery of project milestones, as well as coordinating with facilities staff to track labor and material costs against property P&L statements.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
Collect, review, and process subcontractor requisitions, vendor invoices, and supporting documentation in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade professionals to ensure project goals are met.
Procure and manage project materials, equipment, and related inventory.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices for assigned projects.
Set up and maintain contract, job, and subcontract records.
Maintain organized and accurate files for all paid invoices, control reports, and project documentation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, staffing needs, and processes to ensure successful completion.
Develop and manage project work plans, coordinating schedules and activities for contractors and subcontractors.
Provide internal reporting and financial projections for project inventory and expenses to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, and local/state regulations.
Perform cost estimation and related financial analysis.
Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
2–3 years of construction accounting experience
Strong understanding of construction industry practices, budgets, and project financials.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar project management software preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
PREFERRED
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
CCP – Construction Accounting Certification
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
