As Construction Manager on Giga's Project Development team, you will be at the center of building the physical infrastructure that powers the AI revolution. You'll lead and oversee all on-site labor operations for data center construction projects — from groundbreaking through commissioning— ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your decisions move concrete and steel. You'll work directly with subcontractors, project owners, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and solve problems before they become delays. We are an in-office culture — velocity matters when you're building physical infrastructure, and the best decisions happen in the room. This role is ideally based in our San Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston offices, with full-time onsite expectations outside of bi-weekly WFH Fridays.
