The Construction Analyst III is responsible for providing oversight to field accounting and materials management for construction projects. The ability to collaborate with our company partners and resolve a range of straightforward problems are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Coordinates field construction accounting and materials management activities for all construction projects
  • Recruits, trains, oversees, and evaluates construction accountants and material specialists
  • Administers temporary construction offices and office equipment
  • Generates project reporting
  • Performs project closeouts
  • Collaborates with our business partners on project materials receipts and generates reconciliations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High School diploma/GED, some college or Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of five (5) years’ experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring others
  • Demonstrates construction accounting and materials management expertise
  • Solid understanding of accounting systems, Oracle, Powerplant
