Nous recherchons pour notre département Flottes Auto, un conseiller service client en CDD :
Au sein du département Flotte Automobile, vous serez principalement en charge de :
- Edition des attestations d’assurance (cartes vertes, attestations diverses),
- Mise à jour de nos bases informatiques (saisie des mouvements de véhicules),
- Assurer la production des émissions financières et leurs encaissements (pointage des règlements clients, relance sur impayés).
- Rédiger des avenants de renouvellement
- Répondre aux clients sur les conditions de garantie de leur programme flotte Auto
Formation :
- Diplôme Bac+2/3 en assurances.
Autres :
- Vous bénéficiez idéalement d’une expérience en gestion technique au sein d'un service Flottes Automobiles,
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez le souci de la satisfaction client. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
