A very exciting position has just been opened to join Connectivity PAE team of CCG ECG Group in Taipei office. We invite you to join us to support the first world-class products
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• WIFI/BT (Ethernet is the plus)
• Windows and Linux Software support
• Coordinator within team for product enabling and customer support
• Product enabling - The release, collaterals, training, ticket system
• Customer enabling - Issue triage and resolving
• Partnership with different business groups and engineering team
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Master of Science degree in communication engineering or Computer Science with 3-5 years of wireless product support experience or related fields.
• Good understanding of WIFI/BT and Windows/Linux, Ethernet is the plus
• Good communication, presentation skill and very organized
• Must have demonstrated ability to listen, understand and respond professionally to internal and external customer questions. Must work independently and have customer obsession.
• Ability to define and communicate problems clearly to others while working across multiple groups and sites
