GENERAL PURPOSE

As a Conformance Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with organizational standards, program management principles, and industry regulations. This intermediate-level professional role is ideal for someone developing expertise in program management and conformance practices. You will manage moderately complex projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and compliance targets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Program Execution

  • Manage conformance-related projects and assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Ensure adherence to internal standards, program management principles, and external regulatory requirements.

Budgetary & Deadline Tracking

  • Under guidance, monitor program expenditure against budget.

  • Track schedule performance and milestone adherence.

  • Report variances and track corrective actions to meet cost and time objectives.

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to systems and processes.

  • Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate with internal teams to gather and provide information, promoting alignment on conformance objectives.

  • Influence operational-level decisions within your job family.

Product Monitoring & Forecasting

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive list of monitored items, including key dates, cost schedules, and activity cadence in alignment with operational and budgetary constraints.

  • Utilize collected data to support budget forecasting and trend analysis.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, upcoming milestones, and anticipated changes.

  • Proactively identify potential constraints or roadblocks and recommend actionable solutions to address them.

Competency Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Act as a competency lead for the global conformance team, facilitating regular meetings with team members engaged in conformance activities.

  • Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and drive process standardization across the team.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Analyze moderately complex issues and propose solutions based on prior experience and best practices.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for review.

Education/Experience   

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, quality management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program management, compliance, or quality assurance.

  • Practical knowledge of program management principles, conformance standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at an operational level.
