Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.
As a Configuration Analyst, you translate market requirements into functional solution deliverables. In this role, you bridge the gap between platform capability and user experience. You take the foundational features built by our engineering teams and the intuitive designs from our UX team and translate them into functional, mission-critical solutions that our customers rely on every day.
You will work within a professional configuration lifecycle, ensuring that every solution is version-controlled, modular, and built to the highest standards of reliability. Your work ensures that our Resilience Platform remains a powerful, integrated toolset for organizations worldwide.
Build & Configure: Use the platform’s low-code/no-code toolset to build forms, workflows, dashboards, and automated logic for solutions like Recover, Collaborate, and Resolve.
Standardized Lifecycle: Follow a professional Dev → Test → Production lifecycle, ensuring all configuration is version-controlled and documented before global release.
Scalable Architecture: Build modular configurations that adhere to core data models, ensuring products evolve and upgrade effortlessly while enabling customers to adopt specific subsets of functionality across the platform.
Functional Validation & Regression Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all configurations to ensure they are stable, performant, and correctly integrated, ensuring there is no negative impact to existing logic or horizontal modules within the platform.
Proactive Triage: Identify and raise configuration-level bugs, platform constraints, or items that do not meet established configuration standards/guidelines to the Senior PO.
Library Maintenance: Manage the global solution library, ensuring it remains a clean and high-performance source of truth for all customer deployments.
Requirement Alignment: Work closely with the Senior Product Owner for Configuration and Product Managers to turn business requirements into clear configuration designs.
Standardized Documentation: Produce clear solution definitions and "Technical Receipts." Ensure that all configuration dependencies and version histories are transparently documented to support system governance and future impact analysis.
Peer Review Participation: Engage in a peer-review process to audit the configuration of fellow analysts. This serves as an additional quality gate and increases overall visibility and awareness across the solution ecosystem.
Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve standard product configurations based on user feedback and industry trends to ensure the platform remains a market leader.
Configuration Expertise: Proven success configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Noggin, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is highly regarded).
Testing & Validation: Practical experience executing structured testing cycles. Proven ability to perform impact analysis and validate that new configurations do not create regression issues within a shared platform environment.
Logical Problem Solver: Strong ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient system workflows.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to precision in both data structures and user interface logic.
Agile Experience: Comfortable working in collaborative Agile/Scrum teams using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Product-Focused: A commitment to building high-quality, reusable solutions that can scale to thousands of users.
Systems Thinker: Ability to see how individual configurations fit into the broader Resilience Platform ecosystem.
Clear Communicator: Capable of explaining technical logic to both technical and non-technical teammates.
