We are seeking a motivated and results-driven leader to join our Metro Operations team as the Concrete Plant Manager at our Prestons, Wetherill Park and Campbelltown Concrete Plants in Sydney. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a diverse leadership role that combines operational management, sales, and financial oversight across our concrete operations. You'll play a pivotal part in the success of our plant and contribute to the growth of Heidelberg Materials in the region. 

As Concrete Plant Manager, you will: 

  • Take ownership of day-to-day plant operations, including safety, production, sales, and customer service. 

  • Drive financial performance through effective cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability. 

  • Foster strong customer relationships and seek out new business opportunities. 

  • Lead and support your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes. 

  • Conduct market analysis and gather regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends. 

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration.
