About the role
MSS Security is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Security Concierge Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Sydney CBD. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
If you enjoy working in a professional setting and interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to secure a Monday to Friday role with weekends free.
Position Details
Location: Sydney CBD
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $28.86 per hour + super + shift loading
Corporate concierge-style security role

Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional front-of-house security presence
Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
Monitor building access and maintain site security
Assist visitors with directions and general enquiries
Conduct security patrols and respond to incidents when required
Maintain accurate incident reports and logs
Work closely with building management and tenants
About You
Well presented, professional, and approachable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Requirements
Current NSW Security Licence
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Full working rights in Australia
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous security or concierge experience (preferred but not essential)
