About the role

Concierge

Be the curator of unforgettable experiences.

Step into a role where you become the face of personalised luxury. As a Concierge, you are more than a point of contact—you are a curator of experiences, crafting meaningful and memorable moments for every guest. With intuition, creativity, and a passion for service, you will transform requests into seamless, bespoke experiences that define the essence of Four Seasons hospitality.


What you will do

  • Anticipate and personalise guest experiences by thoughtfully managing a wide range of requests—from dining reservations to bespoke arrangements

  • Curate and share insider knowledge of the destination, including exclusive experiences, local attractions, and events

  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and trusted external partners to ensure flawless execution of guest requests

  • Manage guest communications with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every interaction is prompt, polished, and engaging

  • Handle unique or complex requests with creativity and follow-through to ensure complete guest satisfaction

  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and service excellence in all interactions.


What you bring

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and engaging presence

  • Ability to think proactively, solve problems creatively, and remain composed under pressure

  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field; prior luxury hospitality experience is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Opera or similar systems is a plus

  • Kindly note that due to work visa restrictions, this position is open to Singaporeans only

Schedule & Hours

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work on weekends and festive holidays.
