Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Concierge to join our team! Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, this role provides highly personalized service that enhances the guest experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating memorable, seamless stays.

Our ideal Concierge candidate has a special talent and passion for ensuring the highest of standards consistently and exceptional service. Must have superior customer service skills, strong decision-making ability, working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Office), Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette. Ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside vendors. Membership in Les Clefs d’Or preferred (not required) or equivalent work experience in a luxury customer facing position preferred. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
