Concierge Assistant

About The Role

The Concierge Assistant will report into the Concierge Executive, responsible for responding to the various requests from our Private Shopping clients. You will assist in driving engagement and retaining Harrods most discerning clients.

As well as this, you will also:

• Assist with the day to day running of the Concierge service.
• Seek out opportunities to optimise the service for our clients, through networking within the industry.
• Help create exceptional experiences within the luxury market and help to source highly sought-after and bespoke services.
• Drive engagement to the wider Private Shopping service.
• Have knowledge of luxury industries such as Yacht and Jet brokerage.
• Build connections within lifestyle industries

About You

You will remain up to date with new openings in the world of hospitality, culture and fine dining, and experiences that we can offer to clients. You will seek to understand the Private Shopping portfolio, their needs, desires, and their cultural preferences to ensure we can provide added value to their shopping experience.

To be successful within this role, you will:

• Have exceptional customer service experience and focus.
• Understand Harrods UHNW clients and their lifestyle and needs.
• Excellent organisational skills, including the willingness to multi-task to short deadlines.
• have worked towards high targets and be comfortable with high value transactions.
• Be a great communicator who can build relationships with clients and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and profiles.
• Have good IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
