About The Role
The Concierge Assistant will report into the Concierge Executive, responsible for responding to the various requests from our Private Shopping clients. You will assist in driving engagement and retaining Harrods most discerning clients.

You will remain up to date with new openings in the world of hospitality, culture and fine dining, and experiences that we can offer to clients. You will seek to understand the Private Shopping portfolio, their needs, desires, and their cultural preferences to ensure we can provide added value to their shopping experience.
