Concession Administrator

We are looking for Concession Data Administrators to join the IT team here at Harrods on fixed term contracts for a duration of 5 months. You will be responsible for managing and handling the concession data which will include product catalogue, inventory, pricing data and stock figures across multiple concession partners.

About the Role

The Concession Data Administrator will work actively with our concession analysts, business teams and concession partners to ensure an efficient flow of data from concession partners to Harrods and vice versa.

You will also-

• Support the analyst with on-boarding concession partners
• Review all files submitted by concession partners ensuring they are meeting requirements and request further details as required
• Manage new data, stock and price files from concession partners
• Support the online trade team with any online publishing queries for concession data

About You 

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working with Excel and MS Office to navigate large sets of data

You will also:

• Have some experience using SAP. 
• Have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions on the running of the different BAU and Ad-hoc projects. 
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Be a team player
• Be a collaborative and an effective relationship builder, across both different functions and levels of the organisation.
