Key responsibilities for this role include:
Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and administration of maintenance work orders.
Assist PM SME with short- and long-term planning, and coordinate scheduling and administration of a general maintenance program.
Provide day-to-day guidance for CMMS to Engineering and Maintenance employees.
system standards and procedures for maintaining the integrity of the CMMS system. Inspect completed work for conformance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Within area of responsibility, understand and comply with all company policies and safety regulations. Perform annual internal departmental audits of systems related to CMMS.
Support production, Research and Development (R&D), and laboratories with CMMS system maintenance and problem solving.
Establish and/or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Responsible for the routine back log on work orders. Including running department meetings with various owners and bringing resolution to the back log.
Train staff on operation of the CMMS and related systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience is required.
