Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a well-qualified Computer Operations Analyst to join its fast-paced Service Desk Environment, resolving technical problems and answers queries that originate by telephone, voice mail, or e-mail. This role will be required to be in the office on a full time basis, located in Roy, Utah.
What You'll Get to Do:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1 years of experience
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S Government DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
• Possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II (Security+, etc) or higher
• 1-3 years of experience with IT related hardware in a classified environment
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira ticketing system – creating processing and tracking status.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods.
• Experience with software development and configuration
• Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of internal Northrop Grumman IT processes and procedures a plus.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory administration, and LAN/WAN networking
• Experience supporting Network Operation Centers and SolarWinds development
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Dell, HP, or other certifications helpful
• Experience with remote administration
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
