Who you are:

As a Computer Operator with Frost, you are our technological whiz. In this role you will assist in performing routine tasks associated with operating a computer in accordance with detailed instruction. You will use your focus and attention to interact with multiple network platforms like mainframe and Citrix to find solutions to operating problems. You are eager to accept the challenge to find resolutions to problems. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality service and keeping integrity, caring and excellence top of mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform duties to operate computer and peripheral equipment, such as printers, and tape

  • Monitor, maintain, and interact with multiple network platforms like mainframe and Citrix environment

  • Open and track service work orders and all system job processes, support the utilities involving ATMs, and coordinate with vendors

  • Set-up monitors and control computer operations and peripheral equipment

  • Manipulate console to re-sequence job steps after a job is interrupted

  • Research error messages

  • Find solutions to computer or peripheral equipment to solve minor operating problems

  • Provide after-hours support for end users by resolving minor issues and escalating unresolved issues to on call personnel

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Accuracy and detail-oriented

  • Flexible overtime work schedule

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Mainframe and Citrix experience

  • Knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL), ASG Zeke Job Scheduler, and ZOS commands
