Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

  • Manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and will train and develop assigned personnel.

  • Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions.

  • Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data. 

  • Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches.

  • Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel.  Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.

  • Analize plant budget to identify areas in which efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced and then allocate operating budget.

  • Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five years industry related experience and/or training. 

  • Three years of supervisory experience.

  • Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior logistics experience

  • Prior forklift experience

  • Prior operational and production experience

  • Prior SAP and Power BI experience
