Objetivo

Responsable de ejecución y administración del Proceso de Compra de Servicios / Materiales Indirectos, asegurando el estricto apego a políticas y controles internos. Asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales indirectos requeridos para la ejecución del plan de producción, evitando impactos y asegurando el nivel de servicio.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar ordenes de compra de servicio solicitado por requisitor en un periodo de maximo 5 dias con estricto apego al procedimiento regional y politicas corporativas.
• Mantener las ordenes abiertas asegurando cuenten con la fecha de entrega real en sistema Oracle 11i.
• Minimizar la cantidad de ordenes abiertas con mas de 90 dias en sistema Oracle 11i.
• Asegurar la continuidad del proceso de recibo y entrega a usuario en planta.
• Dar seguimiento a ordenes MX/US GRNI evitando tener lineas >90 dias.
• Evaluar la necesidad de generacion de proveedores nuevos, asegurando que las compras se realicen con el proveedor adecuado.
• Mantener nivel de stock de articulos consumibles MIN-MAX comprados por sistema Oracle 11i.
• Asegurar la continuidad del proceso de importacion y elaboracion de SBF cuando sea necesario.
• Negociar con proveedor terminos de pago y pagos anticipados, solicitar las autorizaciones necesarias para su ejecucion.
• Proyectos de Productividad en relacion a ordenes colocadas/materiales comprados.
• Compras locales con Pcard y movimientos locales cuando sea necesario.
