SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Reworker to join our High Power and NPI Business Unit. Our work supports critical applications across industries where precision and consistency are essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key member of our production team, you will support the assembly and rework of electronic components for advanced high-power products and new product introductions.
This role involves precise soldering of SMT and through-hole components, manual electronic assembly, and strict adherence to established quality standards and procedures to ensure reliability and performance.
You will collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with ESD and 5S practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience soldering SMT and through-hole components
Ability to perform manual electronic assembly
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic understanding of electronic components and assemblies
Must be able to follow procedures, and do 5S daily

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with PCB assembly and rework
Ability to read schematics or assembly drawings
Familiarity with ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety procedures
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Good organizational and time-management skills

Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
