The expected salary for this position: 6100 - 7100 PLN

We are looking for you if you:
have at least 1 year of experience in a Shared Services environment,
possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
demonstrate good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset,
have a structured approach and attention to detail,
hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent),
have working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,
possess problem-solving skills
are open to a temporary contract until the end of May 2026
You’ll get extra points for:
experience in handling customer requests within SLAs and maintaining high quality,
experience working with Workday and ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities will include:
processing tickets in ServiceNow and transactions in Workday related to Compliance and HR processes,
preparing data and simple reports,
handling administrative tasks such as updating documents and preparing summaries.
