Reports to: Head of Compliance

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day compliance operations, ensuring that business activities adhere to both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Candidates with experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance management system.
  • Conduct routine compliance monitoring and risk assessments across various business functions.
  • Provide legal and regulatory research support; track and analyze updates related to PRC laws and international regulations (e.g., anti-bribery, data privacy).
  • Support the organization of compliance training and cultural initiatives to enhance employee awareness.
  • Assist in handling compliance inquiries, internal investigations, and coordination with external regulators.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Sales) to ensure adherence to ethical business practices.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Law, Finance, Auditing or related fields. A legal professional qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in compliance, legal affairs, or internal audit is preferred. Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual (Chinese/English) environment.
