Your role
We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Global Privacy & Compliance Team. This role focuses on supporting and continuing to evolve our compliance program across key areas, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), competition/antitrust, gifts and entertainment, policy development and implementation, third-party due diligence and trade sanctions. You will also contribute to activities related to our Code of Conduct and whistleblowing mechanisms (Speak-up line), helping ensure these frameworks remain effective and aligned with best practices.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to global compliance standards and help foster a culture of integrity throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance on various compliance topics
  • Planning and delivering compliance training and awareness initiatives
  • Assisting in managing the whistleblowing program and internal investigations
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to policy updates and updates on risks affecting our business
  • Conducting risk assessments and assisting with third-party due diligence processes
  • Providing support on additional compliance-related initiatives and projects as needed to ensure the effectiveness of the overall compliance program

What you need to be successful in the role

  • A university degree in law, business, finance or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance, legal or risk management roles (experience across multiple compliance areas is preferred)
  • Fluent spoken and written English enabling participation in and facilitation of international meetings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
