Summary
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community’s aesthetic standards and governing documents by conducting regular property inspections and documenting violations. This role plays a key part in upholding the quality, safety, and overall appearance of the community. The ideal candidate is observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct regular patrols of the community using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations of the association’s CC&Rs, Rules, and Regulations.
•Capture and upload clear, detailed photos and notes of each violation using the association’s compliance software.
•Issue courtesy notices, violation letters, and follow-up communications in accordance with association policy and timelines.
•Track and manage open violations through resolution, maintaining accurate and organized records.
•Communicate with residents in a professional and respectful manner when addressing compliance matters.
•Prepare compliance reports for management and board meetings as requested.
•Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative staff to ensure consistent enforcement and timely follow-up.
•Attend board or committee meetings as needed to provide compliance updates or clarification.
•Assist with other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
