Join the Ayvens Group Compliance team as a Trainee/Intern and gain hands-on experience in ensuring compliance with the instructions of the Société Générale Group as well as national laws and regulations. This role is designed for someone eager to learn and support compliance activities in a dynamic international environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assist in preparing and maintaining Compliance reports and dashboards.
Help document procedures for compliance reporting.
Contribute to reporting campaigns by helping collecting and analyzing data, and assist in preparing summaries and dashboards.
Provide support on compliance transformation projects related to transversal/oversight topics (e.g., risk assessment, training, controls, reporting).
Supporting and assisting in Compliance Communications and committees
What you will learn
How compliance reporting and risk dashboards are designed and maintained.
Basics of risk and compliance management processes within a banking environment.
Use of tools like PowerBI for creating dashboards and visualizations.
Collaboration with stakeholders across compliance and risk functions.
Requirements
Good level of English (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge in compliance, risk management, and data analysis.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills and proactive attitude.
Ability to work accurately and handle sensitive information.
Preferred educational level: Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
