Compliance & Quality Manager

We’re looking for two Compliance & Quality Manager to join our team in Bradford or London Kings Cross on a permanent basis.

As our Compliance & Quality Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Liberty Blume’s integrated management system. You’ll lead the development and implementation of our quality and compliance frameworks, acting as the organisation’s subject matter expert.

You will take ownership of our ISO 9001 Quality Management programme, while also supporting our ongoing work across ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the achievement and maintenance of our ISO certifications, strengthen our governance frameworks, and ensure our controls are effective, embedded, and aligned with day‑to‑day operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain Liberty Blume’s ISO compliance framework across ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 and 45001.
  • Lead ISO certification activity and coordinate external audits.
  • Oversee management reviews and corrective action processes.
  • Ensure business-wide compliance with policies, the Quality Management System and ISO standards.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with quality and governance requirements.
  • Work across teams to embed a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practice to inform compliance strategy.
  • Deliver training and guidance on ISO requirements and quality processes.
  • Conduct risk and impact assessments on new business activity.
  • Support risk triage, maintain the GRC risk register and monitor KRIs.
  • Produce and share ISO compliance guidance and checklists for business teams.
  • Organise and participate in cross‑functional governance and compliance forums.

We tend to look for people with:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in quality management.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).
  • ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) are advantageous.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong capability in risk assessment and compliance evaluation.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 and the ISO 27000 series.
  • Experience with additional ISO standards (e.g., ISO 42001, ISO 22301).
  • Familiarity with compliance platforms (e.g., Vanta, OneTrust).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand Liberty Blume’s technologies and associated policy considerations.
  • Effective prioritisation skills and ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of the commercial, legal and regulatory landscape relevant to Liberty Blume.
