The Position

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and inspiring individual to join our team at Roche Pharma Korea. As a Compliance Partner, you have the opportunity to serve as a catalyst for integrity, supporting the Compliance team in fostering a robust corporate compliance culture. This role offers a fantastic platform for your career, providing exposure to both local and international compliance standards while contributing to our vision of delivering better benefit to patients at a lower cost to society.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Support the Compliance Officer and Compliance Lead in promoting high standards of integrity and fostering a corporate compliance mindset across the affiliate.

  • Compliance Awareness & Training: Partner with cross-functional teams to support business activities, develop training materials, and provide compliance sessions to ensure a high level of adherence to requirements.

  • Compliance Management: Ensure local healthcare policies align with global directives and local laws, such as the KRPIA code. You will also manage the ERS system and prepare annual transparency reports for government submission.

  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage areas of risk. This includes monitoring internal controls and conducting regular reviews to detect and remediate potential cases of non-compliance.

  • Business Collaboration: Work closely with business functions to ensure local activities are effective, efficient, and in line with global and regional guidelines.

Who You Are

  • You are someone who has demonstrated experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment and are eager to act as a catalyst for advancing compliance for the benefit of patients worldwide.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • You possess proficient written and verbal communication in English.

  • You have strong organizational skills, a pragmatic problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • You have a thorough business understanding and the interpersonal skills necessary to build a strong internal network and achieve shared commitment.
