Job Description:
Spare Parts Lists, Procurement & Tracking
- Obtain Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) from Integrators in the required Amazon-approved format.
- Track Amazon’s procurement lifecycle of repair and spare parts, including:
- Purchase status
- Delivery to site
- Receipt and acceptance by the site’s RME organization
- Maintain accurate records to ensure spare parts readiness prior to system handover and operational acceptance.
Asset List Management & APM Enablement
- Obtain complete Project Asset Lists from Integrators and/or OEMs.
- Coordinate with the RME Senior Regional Planner to:
- Enable Integrator access to Asset Performance Management (APM) software
- Support Installation & Operational Quality (IOQ) requirements
- Collaborate with the TUC A&I Quality Section to:
- Convert Asset Lists into an Ozark-templated Asset List
- Support the Vendor Qualification (VQ) and quality acceptance processes.
Permitting & AHJ Inspection Oversight
- Collect and manage all permits requiring Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) inspections.
- Ensure Integrators are:
- Scheduling required AHJ inspections
- Coordinating inspector access and readiness
- Track inspection completion and maintain documentation for compliance and turnover records.
Modeled Change Management (MCM) Coordination
- For live sites requiring downtime during operational hours:
- Gather required scope, timing, risk, and mitigation details
- Submit and manage entries in the Amazon Modeled Change Management (MCM) Portal
- Track approval status and:
- Communicate outcomes to Program Management, OE, RME, and Integrator stakeholders
- Ensure work does not proceed without proper approval.
Arc Flash / Lock-Out Tag-Out (AF/LOTO) Coordination
- Coordinate with site RME teams to:
- Obtain quotes from approved local vendors
- Schedule Arc Flash and Lock-Out/Tag-Out inspections and labeling
- Track completion and ensure documentation is captured for compliance and operational readiness.
Retrofit Project Turnover & Formal Acceptance
- Lead the development and execution of Retrofit Project Turnover processes within a newly established Amazon Turnover Portal.
- Ensure all required documentation, inspections, asset data, and compliance records are complete prior to formal acceptance.
- Act as the compliance gatekeeper supporting final OE acceptance of retrofit projects overseen by TUC on behalf of GES/OE.
MyMHE Data Collection & Project Closeout
- Oversee the final collection, validation, and complete review of all required project data for input into the MyMHE database, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Amazon’s closeout requirements.
- Coordinate with Integrators, Site RME teams, OE Representatives, and TUC Quality and Program Management to:
- Confirm all assets, documentation, inspection, and compliance records are finalized
- Resolve gaps or discrepancies prior to submission
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into MyMHE, formally enabling project closeout and acceptance on behalf of Amazon Global Engineering Services, Operations Engineering (GES, OE).
- Maintain auditable records confirming successful MyMHE submission and project closure
Process, System, and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain, enforce, and continuously improve the organization of systems, tools, and software supporting the program.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, documentation, reporting, and coordination to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to existing A&I Division processes while contributing to their evolution as the program grows.
Risk Management and Escalation
- Identify program-level risks, constraints, and issues early.
- Drive mitigation strategies and corrective actions at the program level.
- Escalate unresolved issues, scope changes, or risks to the Division Director with clear recommendations and supporting data.
