You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, communicating with leaders across Operations and Quality, and serving as a trusted resource to cross functional teams. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to elevating compliance standards across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

As a Compliance Manager at Curaleaf, you’ll support daily cultivation operations while ensuring the site meets all state regulations and internal compliance standards. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Cultivation Leadership, Quality, and cross-functional teams to maintain strong documentation, prepare for inspections, and reinforce a culture of compliant, efficient, and safe production. In this role, you will:

  • Support consistent, compliant site operations by following Company policies and procedures, maintaining discretion with sensitive information, and modeling Curaleaf’s core values
  • Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of state cannabis regulations and ensure compliance across all cultivation and processing activities, including supporting SOP development, implementation, and regular employee trainings
  • Assist with regulatory submissions for new products, product revisions, and packaging updates in collaboration with Product Commercialization and Marketing
  • Coordinate with Operations, Asset Protection, and Cultivation teams to support site readiness for regulatory inspections, including scheduling inspections for site, room, or equipment changes
  • Review and manage compliance considerations for marketing and advertising requests to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Conduct routine internal audits across cultivation and processing areas, using the Compliance Audit Checklist to review procedures, forms, logs, and operational records
  • Communicate compliance expectations, updates, and corrective guidance clearly and consistently to site employees, while maintaining strong professional relationships with regulators and inspectors
  • Manage CAPAs related to compliance incidents, partner with Operations to correct and document non-conformance, and monitor the sustainment of corrective actions following internal or external audits

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–3+ years of compliance experience, ideally within cultivation, agriculture, horticulture, or another highly regulated environment
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply state and federal cannabis regulations to real-time cultivation and production workflows
  • Sharp analytical thinking and high attention to detail, paired with the ability to troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve compliance gaps
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to partner effectively with employees and leaders across the site
  • Working knowledge of workplace health and safety standards within cultivation or manufacturing settings
  • A highly adaptable, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and stay steady under pressure
