As a Compliance Expert DIA APAC Country Support, you will contribute to the comprehensive compliance program for Roche Diagnostics APAC. You are responsible for supporting the architecture and implementation of the governance and strategic framework for compliance and business sustainability, ensuring sustainable growth across APAC countries. You will effectively foster a culture of integrity, drive compliance risk and opportunity management, and foster continuous improvement of processes with a proactive, business-oriented approach. In this role, you will work directly with commercial affiliates and local Compliance Officers to enable program maturity, knowledge sharing, and flexible resource allocation within the Region.
Your Opportunity
Strategic Implementation: You drive the implementation of compliance initiatives in the APAC region according to Group and Diagnostics Compliance Leadership Team decisions and regional strategy.
Business Enablement: You act as a key enabler of sustainable operations by providing high-quality compliance advice, including the identification and management of key risks to support compliance assurance.
Local Support & Training: You support local Compliance Officers and business teams through hands-on involvement in projects and by designing and implementing training programs for country organizations and external partners.
Standardization: You drive a "One Roche" approach by applying market-wide compliance rules interpretation and standardization.
Advisory & Coaching: You advise senior local leadership teams and coach compliance professionals across APAC to co-create value for stakeholders and enable a learning environment.
Regulatory Liaison: You contribute to establishing relationships with regulatory and industry bodies to raise ethical standards, promote regulatory convergence, and increase digital health readiness.
Network Integration: You contribute proactively to a fully integrated Divisional Compliance Network by driving new ways of working and an agility mindset.
Who You Are
Educated Professional: You hold a University Degree (or MBA/Post Graduate qualification), preferably in Legal, Finance, Economics, Business, Administration, or Audit.
Experienced Specialist: You have at least 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Finance, ideally with regional exposure and cross-cultural experience.
Industry Knowledgeable: You possess a solid understanding of the diagnostics, medtech, and healthcare industry, including comprehensive knowledge of market conditions and regional regulations.
Integrity Driven: You are a passionate professional with high ethical standards, demonstrating courage, vision, and a "can-do" attitude.
Complexity Navigator: You manage complexity by quickly analyzing situations, balancing conflicting interests, and reaching a consensus with stakeholders.
Collaborative Leader: You thrive on an enterprise mindset, breaking down silos and bringing people together across organizational boundaries.
Agile & Mobile: You are proficient in compliance management and willing to travel approximately 40% of the time.
