About the Role

Responsible to monitors the implementation of Data Privacy requirements to ensure adherence to Data Privacy regulations and internal policy standard. This position is also to perform analysis of data for the purpose of Compliance Assurance program.

• Perform review of existing process in the Company and check against the requirements in the Data Privacy Law and its implementing regulations.
• Responsible to monitor the implementation of any gaps from Personal Data Privacy Law and its implementing regulations.
• Assisting the Subject Matter Experts (SME) of Data Privacy to develop Data Privacy assurance program for second line monitoring.
• Perform review and sign off of Privacy Impact Assessment documents.
• Member of Data Privacy Taskforce providing compliance advice related to any audit findings, incidents, potential issues escalated from 1st line and results of 2nd assurance review.
• Assisting SME for any coordination and engagement with the Group Data Privacy Compliance.
• Develop a compliance dashboard that shows key risk are of compliance for monitoring.
• Use data analytics for compliance assurance program and identify any redflags from this data analytics to further follow up by the relevant units.
