Your role with us:
As a Compliance Coordinator within our small but mighty Responsible Gaming team, you are the bridge between the rules and the product. You’ll make sure our global expansion happens safely by coordinating new market entries and testing every safety feature within the Responsible Gaming realm before it reaches our players. It’s a hands-on role for someone who wants to take real ownership of player protection in a fast-moving environment.

Who you are:
You will have 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role, bringing the below transferable skills to this new role within the Responsible Gaming realm:

• Assist in preparing Responsible Gaming frameworks for regulated markets and coordinate product and operational readiness to ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
• Conduct weekly "rabbit runs" across all platforms and support test planning with Product, Engineering and Compliance teams to validate all requirements before launches or regulatory changes go live.
• Perform technical quality checks on Responsible Gaming tools, limits and player protection features to ensure they function as intended.
• Upkeep and maintain Responsible Gaming document control, ensuring all workflows and quality control logs remain accurate and complete.
• Assist in monitoring Responsible Gaming related incidents, technical issues, or compliance risks, escalating issues promptly and supporting resolution tracking.
• Coordinate delivery across different teams and assist in regulatory change management to keep our operations ahead of the curve.
• Own the end to end employee training process and produce performance data to drive monthly and quarterly programme reviews for Team Leaders.
