Position Purpose: Supports the execution and day-to-day administration of Centene’s Ethics & Compliance Program, with a primary focus on Compliance Program Administration activities. This role provides highly organized operational, communication, documentation, and coordination support across governance operations, professional development, onboarding, change management, and program initiatives. Working under the direction of Compliance Leadership, the Compliance Analyst helps ensure Compliance activities are executed consistently, communicated clearly, and supported by accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- Support the execution of Compliance Program Administration activities, including governance operations, professional development, onboarding, and program initiatives
- Provide operational and coordination support for Compliance-related projects and change initiatives, including tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and escalating risks or issues
- Support change management efforts by coordinating communications, materials, reference resources, and training logistics related to Compliance updates and initiatives
- Draft, organize, and distribute clear, accurate, and timely Compliance communications, meeting materials, and program documentation
- Prepare agendas and materials for Compliance meetings; capture decisions, next steps, and outcomes, and communicate them promptly to stakeholders
- Maintain organized, accurate Compliance documentation, templates, trackers, and repositories to support consistency and audit readiness
- Build, maintain, and organize Compliance SharePoint sites, libraries, and content, and support dashboards or tracking tools to provide visibility into participation, engagement, and completion metrics
- Build effective working relationships with Compliance team members and cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
- Provide development guidance and assists in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and work instructions
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues
- Maintain and reviews regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards.
- Assist in developing, producing and conducting compliance training programs
- Perform periodic compliance audits, risk assessments and conducts related ongoing compliance monitoring activities.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of Compliance Committee policy to ensure decisions are properly executed
- Serve as a company wide resource and liaison on policies, contract issues and provisions, communications, workflow, and quality improvements initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience.
- 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
- Working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance; in particular HIPAA, and state regulations.
- Experience working in a managed care or healthcare organization is strongly preferred
Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
