We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Administrators to join our finance team! Baierl Acura is part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States! What Will I Be Doing?

• Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.

• Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.

• Enter transactions accurately into CDK and bank approval systems.

• Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.

• Track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.

• Performs related clerical duties, maintains filing and record systems, completes reports and answers customer concerns.

• Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Automotive Experience, preferred but not required.

• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

• Ability to demonstrate time management.

• Mathematics – ability to solve math calculations.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid Drivers License in your state of residence.
