Job Summary: We are seeking a detailed-oriented Compensation Platform Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support for our compensation management platform, ensuring its effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance for the compensation platform, addressing user inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.
  • Assist in the implementation of new features and updates within the compensation platform.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to improve platform utilization and understanding.
  • Maintain documentation of system processes, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify potential improvements and enhancements to the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HRIS or compensation system support.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Experience with compensation management software is a plus.
