Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance for the compensation platform, addressing user inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.
- Assist in the implementation of new features and updates within the compensation platform.

- Maintain documentation of system processes, user guides, and FAQs.

Qualifications:
