Your role

As Compensation Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You’ll support the development and administration of core compensation frameworks while providing guidance to HR and business leaders on pay-related decisions.

This role will also help advance important initiatives such as pay structure development, automated merit processes, and internal and market equity analysis.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the administration of key compensation programs, including the annual merit increase cycle, analysis, and reporting

  • Partner with HR to develop and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with company standards and compliant practices

  • Provide compensation guidance and support for new hires, promotions, and transfers

  • Research, analyze, and evaluate market data and compensation trends through survey participation and benchmarking

  • Support enhancements and improvements to compensation processes and technologies

  • Partner with the Total Rewards leader and HR team to develop compensation communications and training materials for managers

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation-related data and modules within Workday

  • Conduct internal audits of job descriptions and team member data to ensure consistency and accuracy across business units

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics

  • Experience administering compensation programs such as merit cycles, job evaluations, and market benchmarking

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)

  • CCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus, but not required
