In this role, you will be part of the Global Compensation & Benefits team and collaborate closely with the HR community as well as business leaders. Together with the team, you are responsible for the harmonization, further development, implementation, and communication of Global Compensation, Benefits & Mobility across our group.
The role is located in Germany or the UK.
Your Responsibilities:
You manage and continuously improve all aspects of international assignments, such as immigration, tax compliance, relocation services, housing, and repatriation, in partnership with external vendors
You drive the global career path initiative in collaboration with HR Partners, applying job evaluation methodologies to maintain and enhance a consistent and future‑ready job architecture
You contribute to global compensation, benefits, and mobility projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation
You are responsible for the harmonization, further development, implementation, and communication of compensation & benefits structures and programs across the group
You empower leaders and HR Partners with trainings and decision‑making foundations, and drive improvements with a can‑do mentality
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience with strong business acumen
Proven experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay or similar grading systems
Solid background in global mobility management, including end‑to‑end handling of international assignments
Professional experience in global compensation processes, including annual cycles and incentive plan administration, ideally in Workday
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders and external partners
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills
High proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data
Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
