We're seeking a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team! This will report to the Team Manager, Compensation & Benefits.

The Compensation & Benefits Manager leads the design and execution of core compensation programs across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles. The role owns end-to-end compensation processes, maintains salary structures and benchmarking practices, and partners closely with HR and business leaders to support consistent, data-driven compensation decisions.

Operating in a dynamic, global environment, the role provides trusted guidance on complex and sensitive compensation matters and balances hands-on execution with thoughtful design to ensure alignment with market practice and business needs.

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Similarweb you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of annual compensation programs, including merit, bonus and equity.
  • Own and maintain salary ranges, benchmarking practices, and market pay research to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Partner closely with HRBPs ,TA and business leaders to support compensation related decisions, including promotions, adjustments, and exceptions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for compensation and benefits, coaching and enabling managers and HR partners on compensation principles, frameworks, and decision-making
  • Manage benefits renewals across multiple regions, partnering with consultants and brokers to assess costs, risks, and opportunities
  • Support new country launches by establishing compensation structures, benefits offerings, and HR-related policies in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, Payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate execution and alignment across systems and processes
  • Support ad-hoc projects and provide analytical insights to enhance the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and the broader HR function

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Has proven experience owning and leading end-to-end compensation processes, including annual merit, bonus and equity cycles
  • Brings strong hands-on expertise in compensation infrastructure, including salary ranges, benchmarking and job leveling
  • Acts as a trusted partner to HRBPs and business leaders, providing sound judgment on complex and sensitive compensation topics
  • Is comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments and navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Combines strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, practical recommendations
  • Communicates confidently and effectively, with the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate constructively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards roles, with ownership of core compensation processes
  • Experience supporting GTM roles and compensation programs, including sales and go-to-market incentive structures – strong advantage
  • Experience in a global or multi-country environment – advantage
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation or advanced analytics within compensation or HR processes, including system implementation or optimization – strong advantage
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace and Success Factors system.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
