As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of our compensation and benefits programs.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider Compensation team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate data management. You will contribute to maintaining competitive and compliant programs while gaining exposure to compensation analysis, reporting, and project support. Responsibilities
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and benefits enrolment.
Assist with salary benchmarking activities and participate in market compensation surveys.
Prepare data, reports, and analysis to support the annual compensation review cycle.
Respond to routine compensation and benefits inquiries from HR colleagues and managers.
Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
Support compliance with relevant labour laws and internal policies.
Assist in the communication and implementation of new or updated compensation and benefits initiatives.
Support job evaluations to help ensure internal consistency and market alignment.
Contribute to gender pay analysis and reporting activities.
Participate in compensation and benefits-related projects.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as requested.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits
Basic experience or exposure to compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, or benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
