Job Description Summary

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and administering compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with organization goals. In partnership with Compensation, HR Partnership, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HRIS the Compensation Analyst will deliver various support in broad-based compensation, including market pricing, compensation surveys, annual compensation cycle and system interfaces. The Compensation Analyst will also support the integration and maintenance of Job Architecture for the enterprise and other compensation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Broad-Based Compensation

  • Support day-to-day job evaluation and market pricing for new and current jobs (promotions, market adjustments, hires). 
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting to various business units.
  • Participate in annual compensation survey submissions, collection of results and utilization of reports in market analysis.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Annual Compensation Cycle

  • Under direction of Compensation Lead and SVP Compensation, participate in annual focal point compensation cycle as well as any off-cycle processes. 
  • Collaborate with HR Partnership team for system input, reporting, summary and analysis.

Systems Support

  • Manage Workday activities associated with Job Profiles, Positions, system approvals.
  • Partner with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Partnership on various data elements for Workday including reporting and data analysis.
  • Support compensation initiatives such as the integration and maintenance of Job Architecture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR capacity, preferably with HRIS/Workday systems experience. 
  • Advanced Excel experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation, market data analysis and approaches.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
