Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking using market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Support the calculation and payout of the Commercial Incentive Plan
  • Coordinate, calculate, test, and administer AIP payouts and communications
  • Support and maintain job processes, compensation tools, and systems; create documentation as needed. Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with HR and managers to revise and maintain accurate job descriptions, ensuring roles reflect current responsibilities and requirements. Maintain the job description database and audit for accuracy.
  • Ensure proper FLSA classification and job leveling across all positions.
  • Review and administer salary changes/transactions based on established policies; prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding salary ranges, bonus opportunities, pay analysis, and new hire offers; review and approve offer requests for alignment with compensation guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day compensation matters; educate HR and managers on compensation policies and practices.
  • Assist with planning, developing, and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for the annual merit and incentive processes, including compiling timelines, drafting communications, and preparing compensation materials.
  • Support equity plan administration, including tracking grants, compliance, and reporting.
  • Assist in the relationship management of compensation vendors.
  • Monitor and manage the total rewards mailbox.
  • Support finance with any compensation questions
  • Create and analyze compensation reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field, within benefits administration preferred
  • Strong understanding of benefits programs
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Working knowledge of relevant benefit regulations and programs (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, 401(k), disability, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Understands the importance of and demonstrates confidentiality

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
