So let's talk about the role...
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration of Compensation programs and processes. The Compensation Analyst is seen as a subject matter resource, conducting research, providing guidance, and administering a variety of programs and processes that drive compensation structure and effectiveness. This role requires a breadth of Compensation and Human Resources knowledge with a keen ability to analyze and report HR data.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:
Three Plus Years of Progressively Responsible Experience in Compensation Administration
Demonstrated Ability to Conduct Data Analysis
Advanced MS Office Suite Skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Advanced Communication Skills
Ability to Work Collaboratively Across the Organization and with a Variety of Leadership Levels
Here's what we hope you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Other Related Field
Working Knowledge of Human Resource Laws, Processes and Program Administration
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Previous Experience Administering Sales Performance/Incentive Compensation Programs
Previous Workday HRIS Experience
Previous Experience with Payscale
Knowledge of Government Regulations as They Apply to Compensation Base and Incentive Programs, Company Policies, and Operations
CCP Certification
