We’re looking for an individual to support the Legal team, specifically within its Corporate function. You will be joining a legal team of around 30 people, helping to provide support to the Kambi business globally.

As a Company Secretary in the Legal team, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as formally appointed Company Secretary for Kambi group entities where required or appropriate, and supporting the discharge of all associated statutory and governance responsibilities.
  • Supporting compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Maintaining statutory registers and accurate group-wide corporate documentation.
  • Coordinating and managing statutory filings and corporate housekeeping across the group.
  • Supporting the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of the group’s corporate governance and risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitoring developments in corporate law/governance best practice and escalating relevant changes.
  • Assisting with directors’ and officers’ onboarding and training.
  • Providing administrative and coordination support in relation to corporate compliance workstreams, including audits, regulatory requests and internal controls.
  • Assisting with the administration, renewal, and maintenance of the group’s insurance portfolio and related records.
  • Compiling KYC requests on Kambi’s entities as requested by third parties.
  • Supporting ad hoc corporate, legal, and compliance projects as required.

 

You’ll be a great fit for the role if you have:

  • Strong professional experience, including supporting boards and senior executives.
  • Qualified company secretary or legally trained professional.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
