As a Summer Commute Solutions Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our team in managing commute and parking solutions for team members. You'll assist with implementing parking strategies, processing access requests, and supporting various commute services while learning about workplace operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to operational planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic corporate environment.
About the Role
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of parking assignments and hybrid working model strategies
Help process parking requests and badge changes (additions, separations, moves, replacements)
Support commute services administration, including bus passes, rail passes, Q-line codes, and carpool options
Participate in validation services and reimbursement request processing
Learn to analyze current processes and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Support special event parking accommodations, working alongside internal teams and external stakeholders
Gain exposure to workplace operations while developing professional skills in a corporate setting
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
Enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in operations, facilities management, or business administration
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Familiarity with ticketing systems or request management tools
Ability to understand and navigate business processes
