POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Philadelphia Eagles Community Relations associate will assist the Community Relations Senior Coordinator and Coordinator within the Community Relations Department. The associate will be responsible for the receipt, processing, and fulfillment of all donation requests and fan inquiries. Additionally, the associate will assist with arranging and managing events throughout the year, coordinating with fans for various experiences, running youth football initiatives and managing a large inventory of autographed memorabilia. Qualified individuals should have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 

The Community Relations Seasonal Associate will report to the Director of Community Relations.

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage community requests including those submitted internally, via phone, e-mail, digital submission or regular mail.
  • Process and fulfill all online stadium lighting, donation requests and appearance requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain database of community appearances and donated items.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, execution and recap of all 2026 Philadelphia Eagles community and youth football events.
  • Maintain all community relations inventory which includes merchandise, donations, giveaways and more.
  • Assist with training camp responsibilities which include communicating and scheduling all guests and coordinating special experiences for fans.
  • Assist with gameday responsibilities including scheduling guests, coordinating pre and post experiences, and help with gameday production.
  • Travel and transport supplies to events in the tri-state area for event set-up and execution.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with fans, non-profit organizations, executives, and local businesses
  • Additional duties as assigned by all members of the Community Relations team

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026). 

  • Ability to speak in front of crowds.
  • Experience in event management and/or hospitality preferred.
  • Experience working in diverse environments with the ability to connect with individuals of all statures. Interacts with employees, community partners, and club affiliates in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays required
  • Enthusiasm and passion for outreach and engagement
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism while interacting with high-profile individuals and external partners
  • Experience working with collegiate or professional athletes (professional preferred) and/or in a nonprofit or community organization.
