A. Promote community understanding of transformational development in World Vision’s work
Facilitate understanding of Transformational Development with stakeholders in the community (Who We Are in the Critical Path), using local language that is appropriate for the context and the community
Respond appropriately to inquiries and concerns about World Vision’s Transformational Development approach, showing respect for existing community concerns and perceptions
Build trusting relationships with community stakeholders by treating all individuals with respect, patience, fairness and dignity, and by being inclusive and culturally sensitive
Participate appropriately in local events and activities to learn more about the community and avoid behavior that could harm World Vision’s identity and standing in the community
Project Implementation
Mobilize and prepare communities for smooth project implementation for enhanced impact.
Organize project events/training /meeting in the communities as part of the project implementation in coordination with PF
Ensure timely quality, evidence-based Project implementation.
Respond timely and actively to any mobilization or organizing requires
Raise awareness and facilitate critical analysis of community issues and opportunities
Support to Ensure that GEDSI situational analysis, Christian commitment, and child protection are mainstreamed within WV initiatives in their assigned communities.

Together with M&E Team utilize the monitoring system and tools of project implementation and to capture learning.
Actively support Evidence and Learning team during the data collection period for Assessment, Mid term, End Line and other regular data collection based on M&E Plan
Support to Ensure to use digital tools to Upload data to the existing system
General Responsibilities
Attend and participate in weekly chapel services and regular devotional meetings.
Support in hosting the visits of sponsors, donors, and WV staff from other.
Assist in humanitarian emergency disaster management
