Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary growth engine for the SME segment within the branch’s local community. This role focuses on a "360-degree" banking approach—aggressively acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and deepening relationships with Existing-to-Bank (ETB) SMEs (AST < RM 50m). You are responsible for driving the full suite of business products, from lending and deposits to merchant services and digital platform migration.
