The Community Ambassadors serve as TaskUs’ frontline representatives, delivering top-tier service to teammates, clients, and all site visitors. This role requires the ability to evaluate individuals entering the premises daily. As the first and last point of contact, Community Ambassadors embody the face of TaskUs.
Carrying the TaskUs name, culture, and core values, Community Ambassadors are expected to leave a lasting impression that reflects the company—one that visitors will remember and share with others. They are expected to greet candidates, executives, clients, applicants, and guests with high energy and enthusiasm, introducing the site’s unique theme and history, and initiating engaging site tours.
Community Ambassadors are involved in the recruitment process hence, one should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Keeping the reception area clean, orderly, and well-maintained is a key responsibility. This extends to the rest of the site and to which involves conducting housekeeping checks and quickly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Team, working closely with them to ensure all site facilities are in top condition.
Additionally, they are responsible for reporting any suspicious behavior or individuals to the Security Team and are skilled in engaging with guests to keep them informed and entertained during their visit.
They also handle coordination of all incoming and outgoing logistical arrangements with other site Community Ambassadors, ensuring proper handover and documentation.
SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS:
Must consistently maintain a professional appearance—well-groomed, appropriately dressed, and able to confidently represent the brand while adhering to established guidelines on attire, makeup, and grooming standards.
Should exhibit a balance of energy and composure—enthusiastic yet poised, assertive yet courteous.
Must excel at multitasking while delivering outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Must be certified and endorsed by Operations and VPs to lead site tours during client and prospect visits.
Should be well-versed in TaskUs safety and security protocols, able to present these procedures confidently, and must be approved by the Safety Team.
A background in employee logistics is essential, including experience in managing travel arrangements, shuttle coordination, asset tracking, merchandise handling, office supplies inventory, and client service. This includes understanding employee needs, selecting the best solutions, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring requests through to completion.
Oversees regular maintenance schedules for company vehicles and ensures that all drivers and transport vendors meet the highest safety and compliance standards through thorough vetting.
Provide coaching to third party drivers that may report directly to the team.
Strong relationship-building skills are required to work effectively with vendors and internal departments for coordination and implementation of necessary actions.
Should have experience in engaging both employees and applicants, with involvement in group activities such as games, music or dance performances, and hosting daily or monthly events.
Must be adaptable and comfortable working with diverse nationalities and cultures.
Must be capable of supporting and ensuring the smooth execution of client and executive visits that includes welcoming the clients, shuttle arrangements, and basic coffee and food setup. Handling all preparations with professionalism.
Great with creating visuals and collateral for information dissemination and training purposes.
Has an eye for detail and interior design which can help with any project related to the beautification of the Reception Area or the site.
